SATURDAY LUNCH

Very simple southern Italian dish made with fresh peas, small onion, garlic, parsley, all season crop from the farmers market this morning was sooo good and tasty. Cooked with olive oil and Panccetta, not even salt or paper was necessary for this ingredients combo. And a cold glass of white wine made my Lazy-Summer-Afternoon-Nap super-duper.
I realized that I need to buy 3 to 4 times more pea pods than you think it's enough.
They should have been 2 to 3 times more peas in this plate.

The old old hand blown glass that I got from studio sale in my Art college days.
She or He who made this glass should be happy to see her/his college piece is in use for many years.
Bizen Yaki plate looked Okay, but I would prefer to hold this taste in a warm white plate.
